eSIM API

Call Detail Records (CDR) files are made available out-of-band over SFTP — there is no HTTP endpoint to retrieve them.

Connection details

  • Host: sftp.zimconnections.com
  • Protocol: SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)
  • Username: the account_id attributed to you by your account manager
  • Authentication: public SSH key — share your public key with your account manager so it can be installed on the server. Password authentication is not supported.

Upload cadence

CDR files are automatically uploaded to your SFTP directory every hour.
