Archive contacts

Archive up to 100 contacts. contacts holds the ones this call archived; an id already archived, or not one of the agent's live contacts, is left out and nothing about it changes, so a retry is safe.

Requires the contacts:write scope. Rate budget: 120 calls per 1 minute per credential (the write class).

Authentication:  Bearer auth (http)
